Cole Slaw Mongolian Style

Exotic Mongolian-style Cole Slaw with apples, raisins and wallnuts.

Here is a quick and easy Cole slaw that is a little bit different than the typical ones we usually see. I learned this recipe from my one and only beautiful sister-in-law and I can't believe how easy and delicious it is. You can use a food processor to shred the cabbage and carrots or you can just use a knife to cut everything.

This recipe goes well with any grilled meats or fish. It also goes well with sandwiches and hot dogs...or it can be enjoyed just by itself.
